Begin by sharing your event details with us. Your date, guest count, and your vision for the celebration. The more we know, the better we can tailor an experience that fits your style and expectations.

Next, we’ll schedule a call to connect and dive deeper into your event. We’ll confirm date availability, discuss your needs in detail, and explore how our bars and services can best bring your vision to life. If it feels like a perfect fit, we’ll finalize your booking with a $250 deposit and initial contract to secure your date.

T H E   T A S T I N G   E X P E R I E N C E 

We’ll set a date and time, typically in the comfort of your home for a private 60–90 minute tasting. You and up to three guests will sample a curated selection of cocktails as we craft the perfect menu for your celebration.  Before the tasting is over we will finalize your contract with a 50% deposit going towards the balance due for the event.

Tastings are held approximately 30-60 days before your event, ensuring every detail is perfectly aligned with your vision.

F I N A L   C O N F I R M A T I O N 

Two weeks before your celebration, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email outlining your finalized selections and event timeline. At this point your final payment is due, ensuring all preparations flow smoothly. After that, you can relax knowing everything is beautifully set in motion.
