DO YOU SUPPLY ALCOHOL?

Marigolds Mobile Bar is a dry hire mobile bartending service. This means we can provide everything except alcohol, and mix/serve the drinks of your choice to your guests. We can also help you calculate the amount of alcohol you’ll need based on your guest’s preferences and event size, and provide you with a recommended shopping list. The advantage of this arrangement is that you’ll save money by sourcing your own alcohol, get to choose your favorite brands, and get to keep the alcohol that’s leftover. Bonus!

DO YOU PROVIDE A NON-ALCOHOLIC SERVICE?

Of course! We love a good mocktail and can convert most of our drink recipes into non-alcoholic versions. There are also some great tasting non-alcoholic beer and spirits being produced these days.

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVE?

We are perfect for weddings, engagements, quinceaneras, birthdays, baby showers, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, retirements, corporate events, product launches, photo shoots, and more. The options are endless!

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL?

We are located in Pasco, Washington and currently operate within a 30 mile radius of zip code 99301. Travel beyond this radius is charged at $2.00 per mile. 

WHAT SIZE OF EVENTS CAN YOU HANDLE?

We can serve a party between 20-400 guests. Events between 50-120 guests require 2 bartenders. Events between 120-300 guests require 3-4 bartenders. Events with 300+ guests require multiple bar rentals and bartenders.

CAN WE USE OUR OWN STAGING DECORATIONS?

Absolutely! We enjoy customizing our bars to seamlessly fit the theme of every event, making it a seamless design.

ARE YOUR BARTENDERS LICENSED? 

Yes, all our bartenders are trained and safety-certified. They are also fun and extremely personable!

ARE YOU INSURED? 

Yes, we carry liquor liability and general liability insurance. 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY? 

We require a $500 deposit to reserve your event date, this deposit will go towards the remaining balance of your service. 50% of remaining deposit is due at the end of your tasting experience. The contract balance is due 14 days before your event date and is non-refundable. 

WHAT ARE YOUR TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR BARS?

Our bars require a flat ground for setup and service. Most of our bars are 6 ft long, 3 ft wide however we will need more space depending on the size of the event for backdrop, tables and ice coolers.
